Mantas Peteraitis will present two of his projects, old industrial buildings transformed in Vilnius’ Naujamiestis neighborhood, a model of cooperative housing on the top floor of a loft that he and his friends created together, and the interior of the restaurant and sauna club Tummo in a former warehouse-type building in the territory of Tech Loft. In the latter project, the architect considered tactility, the reuse of quality materials and ecological and natural solutions to be the key values.

The presentation will take place at Tummo on 29 April at 7 pm at the restaurant, Mindaugo str. 23C, Tech Loft territory.

This lecture is a part of public events dedicated to the importance of demolition, renovation and transformation in architectural practice. It is organised as part of the HouseEurope! campaign, not only to present the initiative more widely in Lithuania, but also to invite discussion about the future of European cities.

The event is part of the Circular Design European CiD innovation alliance, co-funded by the European Union.
